Boaz Elementary School Library

PreK, Kindergarten, & 1st grade students come to the library every week for library class. Students learn age-appropriate literacy & information skills to foster a love for reading, engage in inquiry & research, & utilize technology resources. Students enjoy the library's makerspace learning centers, as they investigate, explore, & collaborate with each other. The librarian works closely with each grade level to ensure that teachers have diverse & culturally-relevant library resources that coordinate with their units of study to support academic standards.
